Contributing to phydeau.org (also referred to as “the site” or “Phy-d’eau”) means you are participating in the wiki or submitting your creative endeavors in some other fashion.

Phy-d’eau publishes its work under a dual license, that is they may be apprehended under either of two different content licenses.
The P-LILEC or the Creative Commons License . These licenses entail certain implications, please read them before participating in ways (the wiki and any content submissions name at least two of these ways) that fall under their terms. To add or edit pages in the
Phy-d’eau wiki, you must use a login name and password (you select these when you’re ready to add something.

By submitting, adding, uploading, or otherwise editing content on phydeau.org (Phy-d’eau) you agree to all of the following items:

1. You are responsible for any material you upload or post to the wiki.
2. Your creations are copyrighted to you (and will remain so).
3. You understand that the Phy-d’eau wiki is a public space, which is open for anyone who wants to read, view, listen to it, or otherwise apprehend its content.
4. You will not use phydeau.org simply for storage purposes
5. Saving anything you’ve created, into the Phy-d’eau wiki places a notice on the creation stating that the creation is licensed under the terms of the
   P-LILEC (Phy-d’eau License of Intention for Liberty in Expression and Creativity.
6. You understand that Phy-d’eau and its maintainers/creators do not guarantee any terms of accessibility or security for any materials you make available, create, store, or otherwise use the site to facilitate.
7. You understand that Phy-d’eau editors/maintainers will consider works you place on phydeau.org (such as the wiki) for inclusion in the Phy-d’eau Manifest; and you agree that the editors/maintainers may offer said works as part of the Phy-d’eau Manifest, which may be available in a “for-sale” capacity.
8. You understand that Phy-d’eau and its maintainers/creators provide NO WARRANTY:-THE WORK IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND COMES WITH ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
