Caves and Tropics Album
UKOR’s first album, Caves and Tropics, is no longer available for purchase. We are making it possible to download the album but we strongly recommend (strongly warn?) that only diehard UKOR fans attempt to listen to it.
Save your ears unnecessary distress by simply downloading or even buying our Panasonic Songbird or Obsidian Smoke Rings albums, rather than listening to Caves and Tropics.
You may download the entire album in Ogg format from the Phy-d’eau FTP site. The package also includes liner notes and artwork. Note, the album is about 60MB–downloading from a 56k modem could take several hours. DSL and Cable users will not have to wait as long.

Note:
If you’re not familiar with the Ogg Vorbis format, it is similar to MP3 but unlike .mp3, .ogg is liberated and often provides better sound quality in a smaller file size. Our download is provided as one package of many files (the individual album tracks). That means you will be downloading a .tar.gz file (compressed archive of files). After you download this one file, you must extract (unzip) the songs from it, in order to play them–don’t be scared, this is easy and very likely will be almost automatic in whatever system you’re using. In case you do experience any problems listening to the files (other than mental and emotional anxiety), the following is a list of programs/information for different types of systems, that will help you download, extract, and listen to our music.
