Usually when I think of 3D printing and related tech as eventually changing our world in very very disruptive ways, I think of it also in very positive terms.
However, this article raises a good point about how easily and quickly people (and non-governmental bodies) will be able to make their own arsenals–changing the balance of power to something very unlike what we have today.
