Geist’s comments on the TPP’s intellectual “property” portions frequently describe Canada’s negotiators as “caving”. How sad to see the poor state the Conservatives forcing us into. This is really outrageous after all the Canada-wide public input that emerged during our last round of copyright debate in this country. Harper’s Conservative government should have known better.
