Considering the Conservatives’ poor track record on information access and freedom, this news doesn’t surprise me. It’s too rich though, Mr. Clement’s line that “As an elected representative in a flourishing democracy…” really? “flourishing democracy”? That’s essentially the opposite direction of his party’s actions, which have muzzled scientists, harmed our information and memory institutions, and diminished our democracy.
